Hi, my name is Nicola and I am a BACP Registered therapist and counsellor offering Humanistic, and integrative / CBT therapy work to individuals and couples in a confidential and comfortable setting within my own practice. My practice adheres to the ethics and guidelines of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I am a member of BACP and COSCA. Collaborative pluralistic approach- Pluralistic therapy starts from the assumption no two people are identical and that different people may be helped to feel happier in different ways, and that this is dependent on a variety of factors. I will work with you to build a helpful therapeutic relationship and help you to make any changes that you would like to happen.
